The S&P continues to maintain a slow downtrend as shown in the upper 2-year daily bars chart below.
The long term picture of the S&P shows that the slow downtrend can continue for a few months before it reaches the make or break test of the 7-year uphill blue channel shown in the lower weekly bars chart.
